Admissions Process

First Step

We would love to give you a tour of Lansing Christian School, answer the questions you have, and give you a chance to meet the teachers and staff!

Second Step

Fill out our Application Form and return it to the school office by mail, fax, or email.  Include report card, birth certificate, and $175.00 application and testing fee. 

Applications that are received by May 15, 2017, will have $125 credited to their account if you complete the process and your children are enrolled by July 1st. Essentially that makes our application process free (even though we still have to charge you the testing fee).

Application Deadlines for starting the first day of 2017-18:
July 26, 2017 (students in K-8)
August 9, 2017 (PreK students)

We do accept applications after the start of the school year until December 14, 2017. Applications are reviewed by the Education Committee on a monthly basis.

Third Step

Our Enrollment Director, Cathye Richardson, will send a form to your Pastor. This form asks if you are a regular participant in the life of your church.

Fourth Step

We will set up a time for academic testing for your child.  This academic testing is to ensure proper placement in one of our classes.

Fifth Step

We will contact you to set up a time for your family to meet with the Education Committee.  The Education Committee is made up of parents and people who love Lansing Christian School.  Our goal is to get to know your family and give you the opportunity to get to know Lansing Christian a little bit better. 

We will let you know if your Application has been approved.

Once approved, we will ask you to complete our Enrollment Form to complete the process and ensure your placement in our classes.
